Refund policy

at blnch*, most of our products are made to order and crafted with care before being shipped from china. once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

returns and refunds are generally not available, except in cases where an item is faulty, damaged during production, or the wrong product has been sent. please do not return any items without contacting us first and obtaining approval, as unauthorized returns could be lost in transit and we cannot take responsibility for this.

we are not responsible for items held at customs, any import duties or taxes, or delays caused by customs inspections. customers are responsible for any fees or charges applied by their local authorities.

while we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, some delays may happen due to factors beyond our control. this includes national holidays, severe weather, natural events, strikes, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. such delays do not qualify for refunds or returns.

for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, customers can file a claim with their local shipping provider. we are happy to assist by providing tracking information or shipment details, but please note that we do not offer shipping insurance at this time.

if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, our team will carefully review your case and provide an appropriate resolution. depending on the situation, this may include a full refund or a store credit. every case is handled thoughtfully to ensure a fair outcome.
